United Sabah Dusun Association (USDA)

USDA akan merayakan Sambutan hari Merdeka bersempena dengan Hari Malaysia di Padang Selupuh , Tuaran bermula pada jam 8pm pada 15 sept 2009 .

Datuk Kalakau Untol menjemput semua rakyat sabah untuk menghadri upacara itu , banyak aktiviti menarik yang bakal diadakan .Datuk Kalakau yang juga Presiden USDA menyeru generasi muda untuk turun bersama sama menjayakan aktiviti tersebut .

Ini satu perkara ang menarik , kerana pemimpin pembangkang bersama sama dengan pemimpin kerajaan sabah duduk bersama sama meraikan dan memberi pandangan mereka tentang Hari malaysia

Bah jadi , rakan rakan , jumpa di sana .

Antara pemimpin pemimpin yang bakal memberi pandangan mereka pada malam itu ialah :


USDA president Datuk Kalakau Untol is inviting Sabahans who envisage - Changes for Politics - System of Government - to attend the function.

1. Parti Keadilan Rakyat national Vice-President Datuk Dr Jeffrey Kitingan will speaks on the 20 Points, the foundation on which the people of Sabah stand in agreeing to be partner together with Sarawak, Singapore and Federation of Malaya to form a new nation, Malaysia, on Sept 16, 1963.

2. Sabah veteran politician Datuk Haji Karim Ghani will talk on System of Government.

3. Sabah senior lawyer Haji Ansari Abdullah is to speak on Judiciary Abuses.

4. Lawmaker (MP Tuaran) Datuk Wilfred Mojilip Bumburing will speak on Future Challenges for the People of Sabah.

5. Kalakau, a former lawmaker and ex-Federal Deputy Minister, will talk on Patriotism.

This is the first time that an event of this nature is being organised by USDA in conjunction with the day in which the people of Sabah celebrates the day on which the Federation of Malaysia was born46 years ago.

Malaysia celebrates Merdeka on Aug 31 which will be a Public Holiday nationwide. Sabah will observes Sept 16 as Public Holiday, also to celebrate the official birthday of the Yang di-Pertua Negeri.

Angkara Minum Beer , Model Disebat 6 kali !

Malaysia (Aug. 24) - Malaysia abruptly granted a Ramadan reprieve to the first Muslim Malay woman to be sentenced to caning for drinking beer, but insisted Monday the thrashing would still take place after the Islamic holy month of fasting.

Kartika Sari Dewi Shukarno, a 32-year-old mother of two, had been en route to a women's prison for the caning when Islamic officials who took her into custody drove her back home and released her.

Mohamad Sahfri Abdul Aziz, a state legislator in charge of religious affairs, later said the Attorney General's office advised that the caning should be delayed for compassionate reasons until after the Muslim fasting month of Ramadan, which began Saturday.

"The sentence is not being canceled," Mohamad Sahfri told The Associated Press.

Amnesty International condemned the sentence, and many critics had said the caning would harm Malaysia's reputation as a moderate Muslim-majority country.

Kartika was arrested in a raid for drinking beer at a hotel lounge in December 2007 and accused of breaching Malaysia's Shariah law, which forbids Muslims from consuming alcohol.

The law provides for a three-year prison term and caning for Muslims caught drinking, but most offenders are fined. Drinking is legal for non-Muslims.

Kartika was sentenced to six strokes of a rattan cane by the Shariah court in July in what was considered a warning to other Muslims to abide by religious laws.

In an interview with the AP last week, Kartika said she wanted to be caned because "I want to respect the law."

Kartika's sister, Ratna, said Kartika was "very stressed" because of the unexpected delay.

Islamic authorities had insisted that the purpose of the caning is to educate rather than punish. They say the rattan cane supposed to be used on Kartika would be smaller and lighter than the one used for men and that she will remain clothed.

Men convicted of crimes such as rape and bribery in Malaysia are caned on their bare buttocks, breaking the skin and leaving permanent scars.

Mungkin ramai yang tidak peduli tentang kes tentang Kartika Sari seorang model yang dihukum sebab hanya kerana minum Beer .6 Sebatan dijatuhkan ke atas Kartika mengikut mahkamah Syariah. Persoalaan saya perlukah sampai menyebat seorang perempuan ? Bagaimana pula kawan kawan Muslim yang lain yang minum ? adakah mereka juga bakal menjadi mangsa seperti Kartika ? Di sabah saya begitu ramai sahabat handai dan saudara mara yang beragama muslim yang minum arak dan beer , Saya risau akan nasib yang bakal dihadapi oleh mereka .
.Saya cabar mereka(pihak berkuasa ) pergi tangkap la semua orang muslim yang minum di Sabah kalau kamu betul betul mau Laksanakan di barang .jangan menjadikan seorang saja mangsa.Bukan ingin campur urusan agama orang lain tetapi , rasa kasihan dan ketidakadilaan membuat hati saya ingin meluahkan.

Jika Hukum Hudud dilaksanakan di Malaysia jika parti Parkatan Pembangkang memerintah , mencuri kana potong tangan .Macam ? setuju ?
