Royalti ! Siapa yang harus dipersalahkan ?

First we had the federation of Malaya , Then the federation of Malaysia was formed .Sabah and Sarawak teamed up with malaya to form Malaysia . So Sabah and Sarawak are equivalent to Malaya . This is the fact . Sabah not a Kelantan , Perak , Selangor , Terengganu. But today the status of Sabah being equivelent to Malaya are being equivelent to one of the states . The states of Sabah ? No way , We are not the states , We are equal partner .

We had the federation of Malaya agreement . Foreign policy , Defence , Security are under the federal goverment , while the Religion , State resources belong to the state . Rubber , Timber , Palm Oil belong to the states . Petroleum is a state resouces , But they passed the Petroleum Development act 1974 and nationalised Petroleum and they formed Petronas and gave back 5 % royalties to the states . Datuk Harris Salleh have signed the Aggrement in 1976 , and being witnessed by Datuk Pairin Kitingan . I would like to ask Datuk Harris and Datuk Pairin Why they did that .. Do they be responsible for what they did ? or pointing finger to other.

( Pairin bersama-sama dengan Harris Salleh menandatangani Akta Petroliam 1974 pada tahun 1976 yg memberikan sepenuhnya kuasa eksekutif kepada Petronas untuk eksploit hasil gas dan minyak di Sabah .
Akibatnya Sabah hanya dapat royalti 5% sahaja daripada keuntungan Petronas di Sabah )

Siapa yang patut dipersalahkan , Siapa yang sekrang ini cuba mengkaburkan mata rakyat yang kununnya beliau la yang berjuang untuk hak hak orang SABAH ?
